no good!

Well I must say.....I have been cheating myself....I haven't been going to the gym...although I have been working out at home...I need to get myself going back on a schedule. I don't feel like I have the charge and ambition I had when this started.... All I can do is keep my chin up!

big changes headed my way!

So I have to say... I have not been to the gym in weeks but I can still say I know for a fact I am still on track. I decided today that I will be rearranging my workout schedule so I have no excuses what so ever! I have still been eating very well and have been physical just not at the gym. Yesterday I went on a class field trip to the zoo with my daughter's kindergarten class and for the 1st time ever people had to catch up to me!!! I have never been able to walk around the whole zoo and feel amazing!!! So my plan is to move my gym time to the late afternoon right after my daughter gets out of school. I also would like to try to prepare our dinners in advance so as soon as I get home from working out I am able to cook and serve it without making my husband and daughter wait all evening! Our next weigh in is in about 2 weeks and I am hoping to prove that I was able to still stay fit while not being able to go to the gym everyday!

5/7/12

Well I really don't have much to blog about today.... I have not really been to the gym the last few days but I have been keeping up with my 2 1/2 year old nephew. We have been running around outside and enjoying the warm weather. I have noticed that i don't crave the junk food one bit..I actually craved broccoli the other day! I also have noticed that if I don't drink enough water throughout the day I get SO crabby..... I have noticed that if I eat something I really either study the nutrition values and serving sizes. The other day I met up with one of my friends and I haven't seen her in a few weeks and she was telling me how great I looked!! I think I needed that boost, it really made me feel great!
